Shipping policy

Shipping is charged to the customer and is an additional cost to the order total. 

Shipping rates are calculated through Canada Post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. 

Free on Board (FOB) shipping point is L5B, Mississauga. 

Processing can take up to 2-4 days before an order is shipped out. A shipment notification email/SMS will be sent once the order has been handed to Canada Post. 

Free delivery within 20 kms of L5B is an option. Deliveries will be made once a week, you will be notified to make arrangements.
