Reiki Level I
At this introductory level, Reiki I, you will learn the following;
- attuned to powerful and sacred First Degree activating initiations
- the Five principles of Reiki
- the Three Pillars of Reiki
- the history of Dr. Usui's Reiki healing
- gain a thorough knowledge of the Chakra system
- understand how energy moves through the body
- how to release blockages and instill healing Reiki energy
- Reiki Ethics
- how to do a self-healing through Self Reiki
- become proficient in healing others in a Reiki treatment
Upon completion, you will receive your Usui Reiki Level I certificate.
*Standard in-person training is 6-7hours in one day with lunch and refreshments provided. Training can take place on the land, indoor or a mix of both. Location: Time To Earth, 5327 Britannia Rd, Burlington, ON L7M 0R9.
*Limit of six students per training to ensure a personalized one-on-one learning experience.
*Training can be delivered over multiple days for a premium fee.
